ITC is proud to be an inclusive employer and to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to be themselves.
As part of this ongoing commitment, we have launched an LGBTQIA+ awareness course for all employees. The training is designed to build understanding, encourage respectful language, and help colleagues feel confident in supporting one another day to day.
We have also introduced the option for colleagues to share their preferred pronouns in the workplace, helping to promote inclusive communication.
This is one of several steps we are taking to strengthen our culture and ensure inclusion remains a practical, everyday priority at ITC.
